At our flagship store in Duke of York Square, we’re marking a very special birthday – five years since we first opened our treatment rooms here! That’s over 1800 days filled with heavenly facials, blissful massages and relaxed, radiant customers.  Join in our celebrations in store on Thursday 29th August, where we’ll be holding a special treatment rooms open day, complete with a behind-the-scenes sneak peek at our bespoke, botanically based treatments.

You’ll meet our talented team of therapists on the day, but to discover a little more about some of them, their passion for Liz Earle and their favourite products to reach for during a treatment… read on!

Tomoyo
After training in London, Tomoyo worked for a number of prestigious Japanese brands, where she gained her brilliant facial massage skills.

What’s your favourite treatment to perform?
The Healthy Beautiful Skin Facial. It includes 30 minutes of purely ‘hands-on’ facial massage – my area of expertise!

Favourite product to use during a treatment?
I love the Intensive Nourishing Treatment Mask. It’s great to see customers leaving the room with calm, soothed skin!

What you can expect from Tomoyo…
With her exceptional attention to detail, Tomoyo is a very thorough therapist and has a clever way of creating the most tranquil ambiance during a treatment…be prepared to fully switch off!!

Sallie
Sallie trained at Champneys College Of Health & Beauty, developing a keen interest in holistic and spa therapies and pursuing her passion in London and New York.

What’s your favourite treatment to perform?
Our Full Body Massage. Massage is my real passion, and this treatment allows me to incorporate my holistic background and skills.

Favourite product to use?
Superbalm. It’s my favourite massage medium and all my customers love the fragrance!  To top it off, I can use it on all skin types.

What to expect from Sallie…
A truly bespoke and unique experience with many ‘shoulder drop’ massage moments!

Rhian
Rhian began her career as a beauty therapist after gaining the prestigious CIBTAC and CIDESCO qualification at Champneys College Of Health & Beauty. From health spas and hotels through to a luxurious ‘glamping’ resort in Wales, she brings a wealth of expertise, along with a natural love of the brand, to the Liz Earle team.

Why do you love working for Liz Earle?
I really love the products, and am so proud of our brand values, the treatments and service we deliver.

Favourite product to use during a treatment?
It has to be Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser. It works for EVERYONE and it is one of the first products we used in facials – the eucalyptus begins the sensory journey that follows!

What to expect from Rhian…
With her skilful hands and intuitive touch, Rhian takes great care to listen to, and understand every customer’s ultimate treatment goals.

Emma
Emma joined the Liz Earle team six years ago, before the treatment rooms opened, and helped develop our much-loved Signature Facial.

What’s your favourite treatment?
The Signature Facial. You really see the skin’s appearance improve with the products and the gadgets used during this treatment.

Favourite product is to use in a treatment?
Smoothing Line Serum. I use it in so many different ways but one is as compresses around the eye area – you can layer the serum onto the skin and it works wonders on dehydrated skin and for smoothing the appearance of fine lines.

What to expect from Emma…
Emma has an incredibly caring manner and ensures she really gets to know your skin, combining carefully chosen products with ‘hands-on’ techniques to deliver healthy-looking skin.

We hope to see you on 29th August! And if London isn’t close by, don’t forget that we do have treatment rooms at our other direct stores too – Guildford, Leeds and Ryde on the Isle of Wight.

With very best wishes,
Karen and the treatments team x
